About Dr Natasha Davison

Dr Nat is a speaker, trainer and author who works with coaches, clinicians, and high-achieving professionals who are committed to be the best they can be and are ready to clear any psychological blocks standing in their way. She is often described as a transformative coach and psychologist of the people, known for teaching “what works” and “keeping it real”. Her workshops, talks and books are centered around her core ethos —Real Talk, Real Change, right now!

Dr Nat’s education and training includes a Doctorate of Psychology, a Graduate Diploma of Education, a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology, a Graduate Certificate of Education, Certificate IV Workplace Trainer & Assessor, a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and multiple professional development trainings for life coaching including a Master Practitioner in NLP, Hypnosis and Timeline Therapy.

She is also extensively trained in multiple therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).  Dr Nat holds a full registration with the governing body AHPRA and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the College of Health Psychologists.

She is the owner of Your Local Psychologist clinic (yourlocalpsychologist.com.au ) and has expanded her business to include eight fellow clinicians, equally dedicated to helping people be and feel their best every day.
