Aileen Day is the founder of Aileen Day Advisory. As the Principal CX Advisor, Aileen uses her 20-plus years of experience working throughout some of Australia’s most trusted brands to help her clients’ organisations become commercially smart by learning to deliver value-driven customer-, employee-, and human-centric experiences. Aileen is also a practising Public Relations Specialist and Clinical Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, an unusual combination but one that allows her to support her clients in many facets of business and life.

Aileen’s work is industry-agnostic, and she enjoys proliferating the joy of CEHX all over the world, helping business leaders gain the clarity and skills to implement the pillars of the Customer, Employee, and Human eXperience into their business strategies.

Aileen is also on the board of directors for XMGlobal Collaborative, a worldwide association designed to bring together a global community of experience management (XM) professionals, aimed at unifying and educating organisations globally on the importance of XM and its strengths in strategic collaboration.
