Changing with Confidence
Adrian Lorains
Poor change management isn’t just a logistical headache; it is a significant financial and cultural burden that can cost an organisation millions of dollars annually in lost effort.
Changing With Confidence introduces the Know–Learn–Grow to Change approach – a repeatable routine designed to bridge the gap between ‘knowing’ a change is happening and actually ‘growing’ through it. With the content in the book and links to additional resources, you will learn how to transform change from a source of stress into a seamless opportunity for organisational growth.
This approach comprises three repeatable, high-impact pillars:
- Know: Identify what individuals truly need to understand and provide the up-to-date resources to anchor them.
- Learn: Move beyond passive training to create active experiences where people apply knowledge and reflect on outcomes.
- Grow: Establish clear metrics for success, ensuring that each change builds the organisational ‘muscle memory’ needed for the next one.
Whether you’re a change-maker, leader, or employee, Changing With Confidence shows you how to turn change from a disruptive event into a permanent, everyday capability.
