Danielle Smith is thrilled to see her children’s series, The Sparkle Kids, come to colourful life. This series is all part of Danielle’s mission to foster a healthy mind, body and soul for families and children in Australia and the world. While health and wellbeing are at the core of her business and life’s work at Glow For Life, Danielle has a special passion to spread her message to younger audiences so they can instil life-affirming healthy habits for a long and happy life.

Stemming from the health challenges she faced in adolescence and learning to overcome low self-esteem and body image issues, Danielle has vigorously sought out wellness knowledge and strategies from a broad range of modalities across all spheres of the body. She is a Personal Trainer, Remedial Massage Therapist, Certified Wim Hof Instructor and Oxygen Advantage Breath Coach. Having worked in renowned sporting teams, health retreats and across corporate Sydney running health training programs, Danielle now presents her pillars of holistic health, fitness and mindset in the form of workshops, retreats and coaching to as many families, individuals and businesses as she can, to help everyone reduce chronic stress and learn to breathe, sleep, eat, recover, move and live better.

When not helping people, Danielle likes to salsa dance, spend time in nature, walk her dog, Baxter, drink coffee at her favourite local coffee shop, Rafiki, and spend time connecting with her nearest and dearest.
