Youβve checked the boxes and youβve played by the rules, and yet you still have a persistent feeling that you are meant for more.
Brooke Triplettβs life came to a grinding halt when she and her husband were rejected for a home loan despite following the βsafeβ path and investing in the Australian Dream. They had done all the right things but they didnβt get the guarantee that was meant to be waiting for them. It was then that she realised the traditional success formula was starving her of potential in the name of being βmatureβ or βrealisticβ. At this point, she was ready to create a new one.
In Overdose on Hope, Brooke shows how she turned her car around against the flow of society’s traffic, rejected the borrowed script, and built a wildly successful and fulfilling life on her own terms. And the number one ingredient that led to it all? Hope.
Hope that there was a reality where she could live in a beautiful house, be a present mother and wife, build the business of her dreams, and never have to worry about money again.
Now, sheβs handing you the blueprint to do the same. This isn’t a book about toxic positivity or delusional thinking; itβs a strategic manifesto for women who are ready to stop self-abandoning and start expanding. Itβs time to stop settling for society’s safe prescription, step out of the traffic, and build a dream that is entirely yours.
Itβs time to overdose on hope.

About Brooke Triplett
Brooke Triplett is an entrepreneur, author, and founder of She Sells β a global training and career development company helping women build extraordinary careers in sales.
Founded in 2023, She Sells is a multi-million-dollar company with a community of approximately 3,000 women that trains and connects female sales professionals with businesses around the world. Nearly 200 businesses are partnered with She Sells in search of sales talent, and the company has expanded from Australia into the United States.
Brookeβs work, however, has never really been about sales. Itβs about possibility.
She believes the right career can change the trajectory of a womanβs life, but that no strategy, opportunity or skill matters if she has stopped believing a different life is available to her. That belief became the foundation of Overdose on Hope.
Drawing on her own experiences with financial collapse, career reinvention, motherhood, entrepreneurship, marriage, identity and building a multi-million-dollar company, Brooke explores why some people continue moving when life gives them every reason to stop and how hope can be intentionally built, directed and protected.
Brooke lives between Australia and Bali with her husband, Scott, and their two sons, Oaklan and Wesley. She continues to build She Sells, speak on stages and challenge women to question the lives theyβve inherited and build ones they consciously choose.
Throughout it all, her mission is simple: To leave people with more hope than she found them.
